Brandi passante became famous after she appeared in A&E's 'Storage wars' reality series that featured Jarrod Schulz. Both of them gained mainstream recognition through the show. In the show, storage units that haven't been paid their rent over the last 3 months are auctioned off. Brandi and Jarrod, who own and operate the "Now and Then thrift shop in Orange, California, participated in the program in hopes of buying some storage units for low prices. They had no idea that this show was going to make them reality celebrities! Through the series, the couple proved to be extremely shrewd bidders, and were subsequently the stars of the reality show. After their appearance on the television reality show, they were successful in increasing the size of their shop. The popularity of their "Storage War" appearances led to a spinoff series titled 'Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job with a focus on the couple.
